This is a single session, a "one-off" intervention designed to interrupt a specific pattern, situation, or point of friction in your life. For many, this creates an immediate shift in perspective or movement where things previously felt stuck. This is not an ongoing process or a step-by-step method. It is a precise intervention at a critical point. This session consists of 30 mins zoom call chat and field intervention afterwards.

DEEP FIELD INTERVENTION I 500 USD I 4 SESSIONS

The Deep Field Intervention allows for several precise interventions across a short period of time. We start with a 30 mins zoom call chat and then a series of field sessions over a period of 1-4 weeks. This format is best for those who struggle with long ongoing challenges impacting multiple areas of their life, repeating over time. It is also recommended to anyone who had previously experimented with therapies, 'healing modalities', etc. yet nothing has changed. This is also a recommended option for those who feel "disconnected" or who run long lasting patterns of self-sabotage, low self esteem, destructive behaviors, toxic dynamics.

Please note these sessions are not psychoterapy sessions, healing sessions, emotional processing etc.
